1. INTRODUCTION
This PAIA Manual provides a reference guide for members of the public to understand what information Arkeo Cyber (Pty) Ltd holds and how to request access to such records in terms of PAIA.
It also outlines how personal information is processed in accordance with POPIA.

7. HOW TO REQUEST ACCESS TO RECORDS
Requests must comply with Section 53 of PAIA and must be submitted using Form 2 (Request for Access to Record).

8. FEES PAYABLE
Fees are determined by the Information Regulator.
8.1 Request Fee
A request fee is payable before the request is processed (except for personal information requests).
8.2 Access Fee
An access fee may be charged for:
Reproduction of documents
Search and preparation time
Postage or electronic delivery
A deposit may be required if the preparation time will exceed six hours.
9. GROUNDS FOR REFUSAL OF ACCESS
The company may refuse access in terms of PAIA if disclosure would involve:
Unreasonable personal privacy of a third party
Harm to commercial confidentiality
Harm to safety or security
Legal privilege
Protection of confidential research
Access prohibited by law or contract
Reasons for refusal will be provided in writing.
